We are looking for a skilled Partnership Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expand our supply chain finance solutions. Reporting to the Country Head, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day management and execution of partner onboarding, activation, and development, contributing significantly to the success and market presence of Advance Vietnam.
What You'll Do
1. Product Development & Customization
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and enhance Supply Chain Financing products based on market and partner feedback.
- Tailor product offerings to meet the unique needs of partners and customers, ensuring product-market fit and competitiveness.
- Drive product integration with partner systems, ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and continuous improvements.
2. Partnership Development & Acquisition
- Identify and target key potential partners in the retail, logistics, supply chain sectors, and beyond to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to close new deals, expand market share, and create value for all stakeholders.
- Negotiate terms, close partnership agreements, and establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners.
3. Partner Activation & Relationship Management
- Oversee the onboarding and successful activation of new partners, ensuring a win-win approach that leads to effective vendor onboarding.
- Provide ongoing support to optimize vendor activity rates and usage rates, ensuring the successful implementation of the product.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, promptly addressing issues and ensuring continuous engagement, product adoption, and growth.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partner performance to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Track KPIs related to partnerships, product adoption, and revenue generation, and report progress to senior leadership.
- Gather and share insights to refine partnership strategies, optimize product offerings, and align with market dynamics.
What You'll Need
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development, partnership management, or sales roles, with a focus on financial services, fintech, or supply chain financing.
- Proven success in building and managing partnerships in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain financing, trade finance, and working capital solutions, with a focus on the Vietnamese market.
- Ability to close deals and negotiate complex agreements, while fostering long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role in fintech, banking, or financial services.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Established network in the banking, logistics, and supply chain sectors.
- Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape for supply chain financing in Vietnam
